1. Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order only under the following conditions:
✅ The product has a manufacturing defect.
✅ There is a size issue (for clothing and footwear), subject to approval by our team.
All exchange requests are subject to review and approval by our quality assurance team.
2. Conditions for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
✔️ The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
✔️ The item must be returned with original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
✔️ The exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Ekam Marketplace reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain products cannot be exchanged due to hygiene, safety, or other reasons:
🚫 Jewelry, cosmetics, innerwear, and personal care products (for hygiene reasons).
🚫 Used, damaged, or altered items.
🚫 Products purchased under final sale, clearance, or promotional discounts (unless defective).
4. How to Request an Exchange
If your product meets the eligibility criteria, follow these steps:

3️⃣ Approval Process: Our team will review your request and notify you if the exchange is approved.
4️⃣ Return the Product: If approved, you will be provided with a return address. The item must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
5️⃣ Receive Your Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we will send the replacement (subject to stock availability).
5. Return Shipping & Costs
📌 Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- If the product is defective, Ekam Marketplace may cover the return shipping cost.
- For size exchanges, the customer is responsible for returning the item at their own cost.
📌 Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item, exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days.
6. What If the Exchange Item Is Out of Stock?
- If the replacement size or product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product of equal value.
- If no alternative is available, we may offer a store credit for future purchases.

- All exchange approvals are at the sole discretion of Ekam Marketplace.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
- If the returned item does not meet our conditions, the exchange will be denied, and the item will be sent back to you.
