Yes! You can update your personal information, address, and password anytime by going to My Account > Profile Settings.
Ordering & Payments
How do I place an order?
Browse our collection and select the product you like.
Choose your size and click Add to Cart.
Go to your Cart and click Proceed to Checkout.
Enter your shipping details and choose a payment method.
Click Place Order – You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through:

Can I pay on delivery?
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All payments must be made online before order processing.

We deliver all across Mauritius.
How long does delivery take?
All the orders are delivered within 1-3 business days.

We offer FREE Delivery on all orders provided the minimum order amount is greater than Rs 1,000.
What if I miss my delivery?

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?
We do not offer refunds. However, you may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
The product has a manufacturing defect.
There is a size issue (for clothing and footwear), subject to approval by our team.

Which products are NOT eligible for exchange?

If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for returning the product to our designated return address within 7 days.
